One hundred grams of wheat.
I turned my wheat into flour!
Then I added water, salt, and yeast.
And I made a doughball.
Meanwhile, I roasted a piece of chuck. This is the first proper roast I've made in a very long time. I tend to braise more lately, instead of roasting.
I used the beef fat from the roast, with added olive oil, to coat some carrots, beets, and mushrooms. I got the carrots and the beets at the Farmer's Market.
The roasted vegetables turned out pretty well.
