We start with some beef broth, some bones, a cinnomon stick, and some star anise. I added some fish sauce too, but you can't see it.
In the oven, I roasted some ginger and an onion. I really needed to roast them more, but I was hungry.
Once the rice noodles were ready and the raw meat was in I was definitely too hungry to take any more pictures, so I just ate it.
